You can only dream about shopping in New York. Once I was there with my wife and daughter and accompanied them in finding the right store. It was a nightmare for me. Even knowing the exact address there you can get confused by the abundance of small shops. Yeah, lived in New York City, briefly many years back. If the chaos doesn't get you, the cold and crime will. But then you won't be complaining if you visited places like China town, Buffalo or Queens.

The part I loved most about New York is taking a cab. Those cabbies are expert drivers if I ever saw one Once you lift your hand 2 or 3 cabs will try to beat each other to curb, displaying crazy driving skills you'll never see any place else in the world. Its quite a sight to see sometimes and then you get on the ride and they try to beat the entire traffic in the city, lol
