Great movie... The singing was just too annoying tho, literally Fast Forewarded though all the singing... Other than the singing it was a very good movie
The songs were the greatest thing about this movie...the OST was too Lit.

On the issue of the 3 jokers.

Each one holds the candle. I wouldn't say anyone was better than the other.

I saw Nicholson's joker a long time ago when it first came out and watching it now, it looks campy and childish but in all scheme of things you get to realise that Nicholson's joker was actually a lunatic despite the attempts at making batman PG. He really was crazy.

Heath ledger. Now we watched this one when we were older. To be honest I never really appreciated him till this year when I watched the dark knight again. The actual level of lunacy displayed was unbelievable.

Remember the scene where he walks into Wayne manor and sticks up the party. How he whirls around picking drinks at random and eating stuff while threatening the people there. That was top notch acting.

JP. Hmm. His one is an origin story how the joker came into being. The gradual losing of his mind..sinking deeper into the realm of madness despite society doing well without him.

Did you notice at the finale when he left the room his footprints where blood stained. ... man I love this movie.

Finally each joker did well in thier movies and had one strong thread connecting them all. They wanted chaos.

P.s it seems the entire planet forgot that there was a joker in suicide squad. Now that's harsh.
Even Jared Leto knows his Joker performance was horse shit tbh.

my friend go and sit down. what made him feel betrayed it not that he read the document he stole from the hospital. Like you really think Joker is stupid? Like he doesn't know when he's being lied to and when he's been told the truth?

Clearly his mum was delusional and the document points to that very direction. (I'm not saying Wayne couldnt have falsified it but base on whats on ground)

If you who have watched it more than once don't remember the scene where he was bathing his mum and his mum told him if Thomas Wayne reads her letter and discover they're living in squalor he'd help them? Like Thomas Wayne help Penny Fleck out of poverty? LMAO.

The same woman who praised Wayne as the saviour Gotham City needs. Like why would you even praise and believe someone who caused you untold misery will help you out of poverty if you're not deluded.

Mr KoiceReloaded, I'm starting to believe you're just as crazy as Joker and please stop switching the narrative and choke on your L. Mr I'm always right.

Peace.

At the bolded, it's a Musical, what were you expecting? . And secondly, the songs weren't just random, they were made to compliment & add to the very scenes(storywise) they were featured in.

It was annoying.. And too much... They literally sang from start to finish... It was a good movie quite alright, and I enjoyed it when they weren't singing... But I just found the singing annoying... Truth is I didn't even know It was a musical... I just heard about it when I was watching an old interview with Hugh Jackman, Zac Effron and Zendaya on Graham Norton show... They just showed one small clip there and I decided to see it... Never knew it was a musical

Good movie overall tho

You really raised an interesting point here, but the matter is still open to different interpretations. Good point all the same.

If you think they "literally" sang from start to finish in The Greatest Showman, then be sure never to see Les Miserables (2012). They actually, literally sang from start to finish in this movie. And it was absolutely beautiful, for me, at least.

Oga I no draw any conclusions, I don't just like when people say Heath's Joker is not comic accurate or not Joker at all, just because Nicholson's Joker had the fallen in vat story and skin bleach.

Besides I plan to watch Nicholson's Joker full movie, just not yet. Got too many movies I need to check off my list.

A good actor ought to make the most of what he's given; Adapt. Improvise. Overcome.

It's squarely his fault.

Not even JP would shine very brightly with the crap storyline of Suicide Squad.

This is not a matter of being right or wrong, it's a matter of logic. Sure, the director wanted us to think, but he also left enough clues to point us to the right direction.

Still hard to believe that that you thought Arthur's proximate relationship with his mom was imaginary. Lmao.

Oga you still get time dey argue with this gee. The moment he started saying Phoenix Joker is not Joker at all in the series thread I jakpa straight, I no follow am argue again. Imagine saying DC is shit because of Multiverses and a character having different origins but some level of similarity, forgetting that Marvel his idol have same. Eg. Spiderman, Wolverine I no fit mention sef.

Me wey I like mumu argument die, me sef get people wey I go see I go just give up leave the person to there mindset, cos no explanation and logic go fit change their prejudice. Na before I dey argue with person till him get sense. Now, I recognize such mofos I move on.

Leto is not an A-list actor, but it's not entirely his fault. The plot of SQ was very weak. Plus, you're forgetting that Heath, JP or JN had the storyline more focused on their character/their character arcs were more pronounced compared to Leto's Joker which had to share numerous screen time with other characters in a below par script.

You catch the drift.

In my opinion, the makeup too didn't help.

Anyday, anytime, I'll watch Leto play Joker again.
