Please help, my infinix note 5 front camera has deteriorated, the picture quality is so poor compared to when I newly bought it, the picture is blur with whitish background. How do I rectify?

How did you get screen recorder and floating toolbox on your Infinix Note 5. Did you install a custom rom? like the new pixel experience ROM with Android 10 for Infinix Note 5?
