I didn't bother to read your peppersoup attachment but we all know Ebonyi is better than Abia State. Mind you, I have been to both states and I know for a fact that Abia is not only cursed with bad leadership but also backward development wise. Presently, it is the only state with massive traffic in the South East all thanks to the bad road.

And if you claim Abia is 'more sustainable' compared to South West, I have no doubt than to assume you are high on bad air. Most states, should the center become decentralized will be lumped into others and Abia won't even see the light of day surviving alone.
