Seyewest, if you pointed out what you think is incorrect, we could all learn from it and discuss. I have little knowledge of the unique U.S. visa application process in Nigeria so I do learn a lot from these discussions. Spanishmilf, keep an open mind, you could learn something new and Seyewest too.

The issue isn’t whether it is legal or not, it’s whether you abused the visa. It’s hard to convince a VO that you were not aware you’d need a visa to continue your rotations in 10 months when you applied for a visa to visit your sister. You should have mentioned that at the time.

It’s not your fault... the VOs have seen this type of tactic with people seeking to have their babies in the US and you’re simply paying the price.

You must be the first visa expert that has never applied for a visa. Let me give you an example of a 'shut up and learn' situation Seye mentioned. Ferdinand said he was born in an EU country but has a Nigerian passport. Being born in an EU country is not the same as being a citizen of an EU country. So how do you advise someone to apply from a country where he is neither a citizen, lived or has a passport? This is just an example of the plenty wrong advice you give. I also get it wrong sometimes, but I take the corrections and learn from it. I know you are a teenager and all, you are funny, you make me laugh, but most times you need to just take a chill pill and learn. First you complain about epistles,
then you boast about Twitter and quora. How does that translate to money in your account? Chilllllll.

Lagos embassy looks dirty as my toilet to compare with US embassy Abuja

Cgi Worker are friendly in Lagos and ready to attend to you. You will see many visa officer ready to attend to you with there poor interviewing section and question.

Well I was check in to renew my visa with a new applicant that are on the same date and time for interview.

What I noticed was the question 'have you travel before' ' have you travel out of your country before'
Almost all of the VO keep asking

I can see a lot of poor performance skill from applicant who really don't Know how to answer question

Here on this thread I will hear you saying travel history works. Well travel history works but not going to Dubai alone means you have a concrete history .

To the interview all questions was answered accordingly as he was asking.

Then the VO doesn't have any other questions to asked again and he requested for the Ds-160 . He scanned it and his computer not responding then he said he need to restart or reload his computer and again he scanned it again maybe the computer didn't come up. He just get him self a pink paper and said sorry

Not document was asked

I noticed some VO doesn't have a white paper on there desk but that pink and asking reapply after six month and be treated like we don't care if we don't give you our visa. Well don't be deceive about the facebook post like they are helping a country or they are ready to listen to you.
The America Embassy don't really fucking Care about your application.

Those that was giving are those that apply for immigrants visa with citizens invitee not those that traveled with non immigration visa that refuses to come back... I overheard them saying why is your son not coming back he shouldn't be in the state bcoz he was on non immigration.

So take your route to another place the whole applicant we find wasn't up to 200 with maybe 10 was given no married or couple was given with many places of travel.

So new and old applicant should wise up.

Complete BS. My brother, his wife and 2 children were approved on Thursday. However, the denial rate has increased even for renewals and those that never abused their visas from all the transcripts we see here. Las las we go all dey 9ja, hold our politrickians responsible and improve our country.

You need to get a dictionary or brighter grammar or primary 6 / JSS 1 English textbook to learn more about the basics of English language, because it is not my duty nor part of my purview / scope / ambit to educate you but for emphasis sake l will do it again
