I don't know about Botswana but Rwanda is Scam. The citizens don't treat foreigners well especially if they know you are from Nigeria.

I will only advise you to go Rwanda if you want to study as Education is cheap in Rwanda and their girls are well endowed.

This is according to Oke Omurhohwo the Manager Itel Mobile, He is alleging that The Nigerian Government Paid over N200m to Bahrain in other to create the National Carrier Logo, He said only the Logo cost $600,000, Thats over N200million.

Nigeria has “suspended” plans to launch a new national airline
September 20, 2018

Nigeria will not be getting a new national carrier in December or early 2019 as previously planned.

The national minister for aviation tweeted this evening (Sept. 19) that plans for the airline have been suspended. The plans for the new carrier, named Nigeria Air, complete with a logo unveiling, were announced at Farnborough, a renowned international aviation exhibition in London back in July.

The government claimed it would not own more than 5% of the airline, ceding control to private investors expected to invest $300 million in the new airline at inception.

Should we also snap pictures of selected areas in Nigeria, like Ikoyi, VI, Eko Atlantic, Abuja Business districs, Kano metropolise, Maitama, Asokoro .. beautiful parts of Portharcourt then we can also decieve people

Anyways, while we keep rubishing ourselves online so that people from Ghana , Togo and Kenya can ridicule us, the Lebanese, Chinese and Indians are trooping in to enjoy what we hate while our people are going out to slave off in mere kenya

Botswana spends most of it's budget on education. The Nigerian ruling bandits don't want an educated population because they will start asking questions such why the roads are bad, no healthcare, electricity etc despite the hundred to billions dollars budgeted annually.

Those are private Univeristies built by tithes and proceeds of looted funds by corrupt politicians. The University of Botswana is a government owned public institution.
Botswana knows the future growth of any country lies in education. That is why it highest allocation goes to education and skill development.

Nigerians always talk bad about their country but they are the major part of the problems.

The major problem with GDP per capital is that it averages the whole country and for a large country like nigeria where development is steady in one side and another is very low the per capital is bound to be low

for instance the reason we average $1925 is because we have 10 state 9 in the north and one in the southeast that are extremely poor, so even as the other 26 state plus fct seem to be on a good economic path this 10 states draw us back, this is the same thing with HIV and Aids, where Oyo has 0.09% of its citizens living with HIV while Akwa Ibob has as high has 5% yet datas about Nigeria and HIV get compiled together
