If BB naija could use it effectively,why not,we can even use ussd for areas without internet facilities or sms,this will be more economical,no paper,printer,generator,tag ink,maker,correction fluid ballot box,table chair,boat, vehicle catd reader machine and adhoc staff will be reduced too.
