Dickson caused it all. He wanted to debase the presence of Jonathan in the state. He went against party demands and acted autocratically. He stupidly handed bayelsa state to APC not GEJ.

While I was at the federal polytechnic bida, I contested and won the position of D.O sport of my dept and Gen Sec of my state association without having to meet any stakeholder or godfather. Then on getting to the university in the southwest, I learnt you'd have to bow to some students forming godfathers before you could run for any office, I immediately jettisoned all my political ambitions.
My point is, all these politicians should allow the choice of the people reflect from the primaries up to the general election and half of Nigeria's problems would have been solved.

I am not discrediting the likes of FFK and RENo. If you want to be very objective and truthful, do you think with the likes of those two, PDP stand any chance of coming back again? How did APC hijacked the presidency? Was it through unserious, selfish internet warriors like them who can't even win a polling unit from where they come from. I am from Osun and FFK is from Ile-Ife. I can bet anything with you that if I contest the chairmanship of my local govt and FFK does the same in his local govt, I will have more votes than him. It takes the minds of serious ones to breakthrough in politics.
