I have more than 4k there, still the same thing.

You can try downloading the PayPal app and linking the card from there to see if that works.

So I'm trying to transcribe with my phone using Chrome browser, the text is juxtaposing with the content of the Web page, how can this be sorted out, plus I don't understand the REP and CUSTOMER stuff, can someone put me through?

What if it is bringing this?
Try the method below. It worked for me when I had similar issue.

Register on Warriorplusdotcom. Go to add payment method, select PayPal as your payment method. PayPal will automatically ask you to link a card. Link your card and you are good to go.

Disclaimer: I'm not in anyway an affiliate of the above website. I'm only trying to proffer a solution to your PayPal issue.

As long as you provided a valid PayPal account you'll receive the $14.

Am I the only one seeing this new interface on QA world? The new work interface now has buttons for play/pause, Rewind/forward, slow/fast, and beg.

I've been seeing those buttons on my mobile ever since I started. It makes me wonder why folks usually need all those moded keyboards at all.

While trying to withdraw from PayPal, I keep getting this "Something is not right, please try later" error. Also, I learnt that there's a $5 charge on card withdrawal. At the moment I have more than that therein. Is there also a minimum withdrawal?

I don't know if there's another way out but if there isn't, then bitter truth. Use it like that, it's what I do. At least till you have enough for a laptop.

You can easily solve your issue with a simple old version of Google chrome browser. Download it and be fine. Alternatively download PHX Browser
