There are issues that should not be mixed
1> The source of Tinubu's wealth
2. Assuming his wealth is legitimate is this consistent with his asset declaration and tax payment records

3. Did Tinubu breach the money laundering laws in terms of its "CASH LIMITS"
4. Was the money used to pervert the course of elections? Did the deployment of such money breach the electoral laws?

The crucial issues are 3 & 4

There is a legal limit to cash transactions and were political opponents allowed to deploy bullion vans in the same way?
