All I know is that in some countries you have no right to publish such videos or someone's nudes (even if you got them from the person) without the other person's permission and the burden of proof that the person agreed to publishing them would be on the publisher. You can even be sued for posting the picture of someone's face (without blurring it) in a totally innocent and decent context. We all make mistakes but when we were growing up we didn't have to be worried that we and our families would be humiliated all over the internet forever and for the world to see. I believe nobody deserves it, no matter how stupid they are. And especially their families don't deserve it.
