The best thing to do is mail your intended course coordinator and explain the situation to him or her. Inform that u just graduate and bsc certificate is not ready from your school, that if you could use your transcripts and statement/notification of result from your university.....

Sorry bro, I understand your plight. I had the same issues when I started reading too.

This is what they mean;

AD = Appointment Date. It's like the embassy inviting you for interview on so so so date.

AL= Admission Letter. This is from the

Universities.

BA = Blocked Account. The money you're supposed to lock up to take care of your needs while studying in Germany.

AM = Appointment Mail. Not sure about this but what this means is that after your interview, the embassy sends AM for successful interviews.

VISUM = German word for VISA.

Depends on the school you graduated from, some schools it's the HOD that signs while some schools it's the Exam office that signs. Find out from your school
