Barely four months after the last attack, University of Abuja’s medical hostel has been attacked again, leaving many students injured and hospitalized.

The suspects stormed the hostel with guns and cutlasses around 2a.m today and carted away valuables after inflicting wounds on the occupants.

Almost half of the students were severely beaten and a girl was allegedly almost raped. The affected victims have since been rushed to the University of Abuja teaching hospital’s accident and emergency unit.
