Here is the problem with most present day Nigerian youths. You will be using a white man (a CEO and founder) as standard for an African society. What's your own society cultural standard? Even the Western world you so much love to use as standard, it is not acceptable everywhere to go for a job interview with nose rings or ear rings for men. An ordinary house cleaner with tattoo in the West can't work for every boss because some will hate that sight. Set your own societal standards and stick with it.
