funny people,note 8 3/32 was never 65k even the 4/64
I have seen an ad (can't remember if it was konga or jumia) that RN7 3/32 was sold for 150k, and then slashed to 58k.

Hmmmmn. Make we sef compromise.. During his period of "observation", no one should bash or taunt him perhaps he can veie things from a better perspective. Deal?

He can't bro. He's been on this thread long before you came. He can't view things from a better perspective.

There are some people that can never learn. I mean, they don't want to ever accept knowledge from others because they feel they are right.

The best thing is to ignore him seriously. I quite agree with the no bash or taunt thing.

That is really good.
Which of them XB31, or 41 and at what price point?

@ Thayay, was the 6 hrs at what volume level, at max volume? You know the volume also affects how much time you get from it.

I think it's been said here before the release of note 8 that there is no major upgrade between note 7and note 8, except that note 8 is a newer version and it has dedicated mmc slot, and that note 7 pro has better specs. Guess the ultimate decision will be with you, in terms of storage size. For further comparison, you can Google
Xiaomi Redmi note 8 vs Xiaomi Redmi note 7 pro. Guess your curiosity will be well satisfied

Happy new month.

I have a friend who uses redmi note 5 and I sent him the parrotv13 gcam APK. It couldn't install. Any note 5 user here running gcam? And also noticed he's still on Oreo, MIUI 10. Wasn't there an upgrade for the note 5?

What phone did you send it from?
I have send some apps from my RN7 to a redmi 7 and many of them didn't install, and vice versa. Had to download them on each phone individually

Camera2api is not enabled by default on the RN5, the person needs to unlock his bootloader plus flash a custom recovery before he can think of getting gcam on his phone.

Thought all snapdragon processors come with camera2api enabled.
What about the android and MIUI version?
No android 9 or MIUI 11?

Nah you thought wrong, AFAIK most note 5 are already on Pie and running MIUI11.

It only works on Android 9+.

Secondly do your friend have his Camera2api enabled . You know unlike R7, RN7 and above you have to unlock bootloader install a custom recovery before enabling Camera2api. Then you know look for a GCam port portable with it.

NB: A GCam that works on device would most likely not work on another.

tried this out... it booted to redwolf recovery, I flashed the camera 2api n it was successfully.
on opening Gcam it crashes immediately.
I also installed manual camera but all still marked red...
