Now you are the one shifting the post. Because what led to that issue has been wilfully admitted and the issue closed. I can but why will I go back to one of the evidences that led to my winning the case. And begin discussing the admissibility after the court has been adjourned.

I have proven my point

Lol. I'm not a lawyer or a law student but if I were to stand against you in the court of law, and with your very shallow pseudo-logic, you don't stand a chance!

A simple question was asked based on your assertion and since then, you've been going on and off. The guy who talked about charging twice a day (..which you thought you had smartly jumped on as a premise to attack Xiaomi) later gave a full update on what happened. You on the other hand, has succeeded in going fully fallacious in a bid to nitpick the "weakness" of the brand but it didn't turn out well...

Again, if you're going to practice law, you should learn the act of "lying with evidence" and "telling the truth in the absence of evidence."

You'll be fine.

Did I?

I put forward what was necessary.
Bro, that's not right to be honest. You trying to put forward "what was necessary" doesn't mean you have to omit the most important word(then) that clears the whole statement. Please get things right, and also feigning ignorance of sth very obvious to make your argument "fair or right" doesn't make sense. You don't have to express your opinion on everything.

I needn't enter unnecessary arguments with anyone. The guy admitted that the phone was draining battery. That's enough evidence to prove the abnormality in battery life. Posting any other thing apart from the complainants admission will be digression. I'm not doing a comparison on which device is better. I'm just trying to bring to light what most are desperately trying to hide

Bros my humble opinion, quit law school if truly you be up-coming lawyer-to-be, cos na only charge and bail you go dey fit handle nothing like charge and discharge.

Oga we have closed this case.

His Battery life isn't what it ought to be

That was what I was trying to prove

I wasn't the one who initially brought up SOT

I'm a learned person. I'm into practicality, even my guy using Infinix S5 with constant usage doesn't charge till he gets back home. Games, Wifi, Typesetting, etc , what I was subtly trying to prove was the abnormality in battery life. And the owner admitted there was something wrong

Case closed God bless us all sir
Which case is closed? I'm just getting warmed up.
Until you provide evidence of 12hrs sot on heavy usage to backup your claims, shame on you! I repeat big shame on you!!

Word of advice for you, skewing the truth doesn't make it less of the truth, it only means it'll take longer to be revealed. Being smart is not an ability to make an argument, but to make deductions based on verifiable evidence. Running around in circles doesn't mean u've won a race based on the effort put when clearly u've lacked directions all the while.

At this stage i can only say that i give u an A+ for effort, u make the rest of the deduction yourself........

Unfortunately he only saw the last sentence and omitted the last word. That has been his job here. Nit-picking sections of sentences that suits his mission here.

Lol. He'll try to sweep it under the carpet eh! Remember the time he said "all" means "most" when talking about Samsung.. I don't know how hard it is to accept you're wrong and just learn.

Gbas gbos here and there.

Yes my brother... I thought of telling people to ignore him but doing so will make new comers feel all he points out is fact.
When I was visiting this Nairaland and this thread years back if only they had ignored somebody like him and I have to read through I could have ran away without thinking of buying Xiaomi phone.

So let's continue to put him where he belong with facts for future sake and for new comers. Let nobody ignore him.

You need external USB to do that and a hard disk of around 500gb to store the video files....

But first you have to go to your network office for them to give you de software that you will install on your phone its normally around 25/30k....

If you don't understand don't hesitate to ask.... Gracias
