So I used this to prepare ofe akwù grin

The concentrate has òsùkwù taste just like the picture depicted but agric one. The smell is like Ghanaian palm oil. It's like puree and very thick.
But when it start boiling, the taste reduces. U need to garnish with stuffs that has strong smell so u won't notice the taste. I used dry catfish, okpei, green spicy pepper( it has a very distinct sharp smell) and bullion cube. Also dry scent leaves and basil leaves.

Will give it 90%. Will have giving it 100 but because it does not smell like our palm fruit.
I'm highly impressed.
My oga don't know what ofe akwù is but he ate more than he would have eaten with our normal stew. As for the rest, the rice pot is empty tongue kiss
So u guys can try it.

Fyngal1 u can check it out.
No pictures. All man was hungry

It’s the one most African and Asian stores carry here.

Who has time to process raw palm fruit. Where will you even see it to buy.

This is good I can attest.

It is indeed good.
So thick. I was surprised. Sometimes I get tired of stew. This is what we should be exporting naturally but substandard goods and get rich quick syndrome has finished us.

Just rush to your market and replace it.

Or give her the soup and ask her to pay you for doing the work for her.

I noticed that aside the west, countries all over the world have their own type of fermented beans( their beans of choice). It takes Korean not less than 6 months to do their own. Can u tell us what it does please
I extracted milk from the, date, tiger nut, cocunut and bitterkola, the leftover that looks like grain is the shaft which is still nutritious, instead of throwing it away, I'll rather use it as spice for my noodles
