Northerners are not illiterate as they may want you to believe, illiterates rule the country locate all the military high institution to north, monopolize every resources from south to north, control every institutions of government. Systematically cause fight between two major educated group while they keep fighting. And you call them illiterate if this is signs and symbols of illiteracy them i want to be an illiterate too.

he is not shaking any table, Okorocha is the illiterate here because the north are using him to locate more money and resources to the northern region after monopolizing all the military institutions
Re: Senator Rochas Okorocha: Illiteracy In The North Has Negative Impact On Nigeria by itsme01:
cool

Rochas is the most qualified Politician to talk on this, with the number of people he educates annually with his Rochas Foundation nationwide schools

He grew up in the north and knows what he is saying, however this is a federation, how a federating unit runs its affiars isnt my business.. i concern myself with SouthWest Nigeria and my state

the fact that Adamu and Emeka stoped western education at primary 6 while johnson has a Degree doesnt in anyway mean Johnson is more educated or knowledgeable than Adamu and Emeka, because while Johnson studied Biochemistry Adamu learnt pratical Agriculture and Animal husbandry and Arabic litracy at his family farm, Emeka learnt trade at his Uncle's shop..

After Graduation, Adamu sets up a farm Emeka sets up a business, Johnson writes an application to the closest research center to him which is 3 states away

I agree with you on resources, but that does not change the facts the illiteracy level in the north is high. The education deprivation in northern Nigeria is driven by various factors, including economic barriers and socio-cultural norms and practices that discourage attendance in formal education, especially for girls.

Successive northern leaders have greviously betrayed Nigerian citizens in developing the region. The north is in a terrible mess now but is only one good leader away from greatness.
