Residents of Osun State have stormed the newly built Osun Mall to buy items of their choice.

This development was sequel to the opening of the Mall recently for business and provision of services.

The visibly excited residents trooped out in their number to the mall which is located at old Fakunle Comprehensive High School, Olaiya area of Osogbo, the Osun State Capital, and also seized the opportunity to savour the surroundings of the mall.

Checks by AMILOADED revealed that the mall is divided into sections where services like hairdressing, manicure and pedicure are offered.

Also, there is a supermarket section that houses varying goods and items.

In a chat with a resident of Osogbo, the state capital at the Mall, Abeeb Aderele, he described Osun Mall long overdue business outfit in the state.

According to Aderele, the Mall would boost the economy of the state and its standard.

I don't blame them shaa. My son will finish watching cartoons and tell me he wants to go see and ride a real horse. My own is to kukuma carry him and go to ShopRite and drop on one of those moving stuffed horses. Where you see zoo kwan? The one all the way at UNN in Nsukka na only malnourished monkey full there.


Here in Enugu, all we have are ShopRite and Spar. Malls all the way

Its so sad things like this shouldn't be coming late in a city for that matter ...Osun state lacks so many modern amenities , no big companies there except many HOTELS.... NO state HAS HOTEL PASS OSUN ... Wetin them dey take hotel do when no social amenities ? Thank God for this mall o. #still proud to be an Osun boy... I pray i also contribute to the development of my state when time comes

What is wrong in buying biscuits from a Mall. If people are not supposed to buy biscuits from a mall, then the supper markets in the mall won't be selling it.
