After obtaining ur admission letter from ur Uni and also opened ur block account, is the visa 100% guaranteed? It's there any chance of being rejected a visa?
How many days will it take the German embassy to process ur study visa?

Nothing ever is guaranteed but if you meet the requirements and your application was sent on time then the chances you will get admitted are higher than not getting it.

When it comes to Notarize or Certified documents, it depends on what the school demanded for,

The school should have ways they receive payment. But try using your naira master card or if you have anybody in Germany, the person can also help you to make payment

The one Uniassist emailed you is not the original and that was why it was rejected.

You should get a hard copy VPD by post from Uniassist, that's the one you should upload and it will be accepted asap.

Sincerely the wait is very killing
Not to talk of people like me who had to endure this during winter too and nothing to show at the end of the day it's quite sad and It has thought me a lesson. Always have a backup plan ready
