Humans have the right to judge each others actions, isn't that the altar morality lays upon?

God's judgement is different from ours, He decides if the person is good or bad while we decide if their actions are good or bad.

You don't know anybody enough to judge them appropriately but we know enough to condemn their actions on the basis of what hurts or helps.

I said "her actions should be judged"

When you do that you separate the doer from the deed which affords you a more objective view.
