The statement is gradually changing. This same man and his client told the whole world that DSS invaded the court room with guns, chased the judge away and arrested Sowore in the court room. Today, the story has changed to that they were disguised in lawyers uniform, and pounced on sowore after the matter was adjourned. He forgot we saw a video where he was addressing the DSS outside the court room, telling them not to arrest sowore in the court premesis.

Why couldnt they wait for him to leave the premises of the courts before arresting him?

The judge can't speak to the media but the prosecuting counsel can. let the DSS lawyer come out and deny what Femi Falana said. for what I know, Falana has a whole lot of integrity and also knows the danger of lying to the media.

When the lead prosecutor, Dr. Liman Hassan SAN denied knowledge of the invasion of her court she directed him to invite the head of the SSS team in the court. When challenged to justify the invasion of the court the officer could not.
