NPOWER, the HON minister sadiya farouq just gave a press briefing ....! She said the handing over is still ongoing and said beneficiaries will get their pay on 20th of December....! This is rather too far, is not fair at all....! Do they want ppl to die before paying them their entitlement? This is evil....! Who knows if December 20th is even sure, that is if they won't come up with excuses again...! NIGERIA

I watched the video too, she said by 20th December not on 20th December. wat she means is latest by 20th which is on or before 20th. by and on are not the same thing. thank u
