From now henceforth, I will never use China post ordinary small packet as my shipping method. I have never receive any package sent via it, I have had 5 unsuccessful shipping with them, although refund is guaranteed but it is disappointing to wait over two months without receiving your item.

I have a memory card with that same courier. I hope it delivers

I have contacted aliexpress on various occasions and they insist they don't have my money because the order was closed and that I should contact my bank. My bank asked me to provide any evidence to show that aliexpress has indeed refunded back the money. The whole thing just tire me.

I am on this boat too.. AccessBank f*cked up. But I was told by the customer rep without giving any evidence to wait on 12working days for refund.. I advice you go to the bank

It can arrive in lagos at any time 2 - 21 days. Something of mine that was despatched on 24th November just got logged as received in Lagos this morning

Does this mean my package passed through custom?

Check the coupon or coins page for details.

Briefly, coupons are into 3: AliExpress, Select, Store coupons.
AliExpress is for all orders and stores but only available during sales.
Select coupons are dependent of some stores/items.
Store coupons are valid only in that store,
ie, it can't be used across stores.

In all of these, you can buy coupons and all coupons have minimum order amount to be valid.

This is my first tablet & phone purchase from aliexpress.

I don't know about orders , but the tablet i bought, had the advertised specs with it . 6GB RAM /4G LTE/Dual sim/Android 9/ 128GB Rom/10.1 inch

Now this is the catch; the 128GB Rom (Storage) isn't actually so , its actually 64GB storage with an included SD card (64GB) which makes total storage 128GB. But i advise you to get yourself an SD card separately, because the one included is crap on arrival , it doesn't work.

It's a dual sim tablet, but am still struggling to insert any sim into any of the sim slot. The slots are so tight , there are narrower than the thickness of an average sim card , maybe filing the edges of the sim might fix this issue.

well its a cheap Chinese tablet , i was not expecting much in terms of quality control. If i want quality control, i would have gone for the expensive samsungs etc.

I got it to aid me with watching videos on the go and it seems to handle that just fine. so i am ok.

For phones, just look at the reviews from others to help guide you , but you will likely get what is advertised. They have good / up coming brands doing good things. The problem with phones is you will need "the grace of God" to receive it ...common phone

1...an 18W black charger
2...silicon clear case for Xiomi redmi note 8
3...teeth whitener
4...An original Samsung earpiece


Just yesterday i received a call from the post office that two of my items are ready for pick up so i went there and the man asked me to pay 100 naira i did and he asked me to sign and gave me the items, when i got home i opened the first item and it was the silicon case for my xiomi redmi note 8, it is beautiful though. But to my surprise when i opened the second items i was surprised because it was a lipstick, i checked the package wrap to be sure the post office man didn't gave me another person item but my name and phone number was well written on it. I thought for a while that the error must be from the people selling the teeth whitener because the remaining 3 items i ordered are all about phone, so i messaged the seller of the teeth whitener and told queried him about it but he said they aren't the ones that sold a lipstick to me and he sent me a tracking number of their items which is the teeth whitener i ordered from them. Now am surprised and don't even know where the error is coming from because i can't even see the order number on the items wrap. I have leave everything for God. I will never take such risk chopping online again.

Hmm. The prev date was actually btw Nov 18-dec 03 before it was shifted to Nov 29- DEC 19. I'm pretty worried about it, tho. I just hope I get it before the 19th

I don't use those for important items, however, SunYou/Caninao and Yanwen are trackable till enters 9ja. The truth is, all logistics encounter issues at one point or the other. So, all na risk... BUT DONT GO NEAR BPOST LOGISTICS!

I have said it time without number that Aliexpress not having an office in Nigeria is a very big problem for us shopping with them.

I know Nigerian have a very large market with them, we should pressurize them to open an office hear and that will solve most of this issues we are encountering.

We should devise a means of letting them know or persuading them. My one cent suggestion.

Once a seller uses a shipping method other than what was paid for, I open dispute 10days after provided I'm not comfortable with his choice.

However, please note that if your tracking information shows AliExpress but shipped with other courier (not ending with SG), it's normal. AES uses any courier service avail.
