For me i dont think it was worth it. Maybe you love the car sha aaa. But you would have been better off if you directed your energy to getting same car but LHD. You will get it and save yourself the resources, time and energy spent on this. And it will be in perfect condition too.

But on the bright side. I am sure you acquired valuable experience which can only be earnes by taking on a challenge such as this.

well there is a reason for everything, the Range Rover brand is native to the UK.There are loads of overflow with this model the ones you buy elsewhere don't have ie this is an RRS with 8-speed gearbox built by the Germans. Land Rover only built 250 of this model and stopped so apparently there is only 249 left in the world. They are limited.SO, my friend, you are saying I should go invest another 100k pound to get another one?

If you had put the kind of dedication and determination you put to converting this machine into searching for the LHD. Considering you spent close to 2 years to make it a reality. There is no way you wont find one you can afford. If you can get your hands on the RHD then you certainly can get the LHD unless they were all RHDs

Ofcourse there are. The path Op took was not really the best sha aaa. Apart from the stress, that car will never be as the makers intended. Minor and completely irrelevant glitches here and there.

My elder bro had his 07 rrs diesel engine converted in ladipo by one mike guy in 2014

I drive it very often

It wasn't smooth all the way even tho the mike guy seems to know his onions

Most,if not all of the parts,were sourced locally...u can't see it and think it were converted if not for the plain rear windows dat can get u thinking.since we av most rrs here from Yankee with tinted windows

I think it is doable....and yes,u have to be breathing down the conversion guy's neck all the way

Especially those dat are used to cutting corners

You seem not to get it, the fact that it took two years was down to when I have time to spend the required attention in Nigeria, has nothing to do with the difficulty or duration in getting parts.Its simply down to when I had time to spend in Nigeria as simple as that.The parts converted has nothing to do with its trim rather HSE parts fitted.All I bought was the basics.

I need your help. Can these vehicles be successfully converted without issues:
1. Toyota Avensis Verso 2003-2006
2. Toyota Corolla Verso 2004-2006

I learnt converted cars will always have AC issues. How true is this? What are the risks in converting d above cars?

Easy as ABC
AC Issue not true, I just need to replace the heater metrix with a LHD one then you are as good as new, however if U allow them to convert the RHD matrix to LHD U will have issues

Yesoooo,Im doing some tidying up soon.The steering rack I got last time was not on point and it leaks,I got it with me and I have sent it back to the dealers here to re-kit and clean,will re fit it once I get bck which is not too long frm now.
