After the Tribunal, The Court of Appeal didn't declare Makinde the winner. If the Supreme Court follows the judgement of the Court of Appeal, Makinde is gone. The only way out is if the Supreme Court upturns the judgment of the Court of Appeal. However, if they conduct another election in Oyo state, Makinde would win easily.
