Still cursing? Did you bother calling him?
That's just what will save you, otherwise nothing for you.

My advice; call him, send him text message or chat him up. You may even send him an email. cheesy

If you can't do any of these, stop bordering me with these useless inconsequential rants.

Why are you calling it a curse when you are the one that said Buhari has done well? Were you intentionally lying then?

So, what's the difference between you and any corrupt senseless dog in the PDP?

So when DMO says APC government INHERITED a debt of $64b what government was before APC? Was it not PDP?

Obj during his tenure cleared Nigeria's debt and if OBJ did so and APC inherited that debt then who accumulated it if not the government after OBJ which was GEJ

I wonder why Nigeria is not on the list especially with all the noise being made by wailers!

Has USA and UK made any statement to those countries with these records? WHAT IS THEIR SPECIAL INTEREST IN NIGERIA despite our good records in this regard?

Can USA not address their equal lack of press freedom in their country as highlighted by a Journalist via his tweet above?

How many of these countries listed on that list is practicing Democratic system of government?

Oga, can you shed more light on the 'growth of the country then'?

If you say 'to install incompetence', then I must say that you are absolutely out of touch with reality.

Between GEJ and Buhari, if there is one who is incompetent, is certainly not Buhari.

If you give me empirical facts on how Nigeria was growing under GEJ, I will give double your number of facts why Buhari cannot be said to be incompetent.

Those who call Buhari incompetent are those who had become so used to 'sharing the money' and are finding it so difficult to cope with the new ways.

Kindly elucidate the new ways
The economy was growing at 7% in GEJ's time, dis present govt took it to recession.
If that is not incompetence I don't know what else is.

You didn't answer my question on how Jonathan was growing the economy.

However, I will answer your question since you do not seem to have an answer to mine.

The new ways include:

1. Prioritizing capital projects i.e. roads, airports, bridges, rails etc, by significantly raising capital budget.

2. Shoring up (as opposed to the old way of depletion) the foreign reserve to enhance our local currency. Nigeria's foreign exchange reserve rose from less than $30billion in 2015 to over $45billion now.

3. Nigeria's old way of rice importation has been swapped for local production using the Anchor Borrowers Scheme. Nigeria's current rice production is estimated at 5 - 6 million metric tons per annum (according to RIFAN)

4. Similar as no.3 above. Several fertilizer blending plants that were hitherto moribund have now be revitalized through the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative.

Do you want more? Ofcourse, I must mention that the old way of sharing money has been substantially discarded.

I may say neo-colonialism using the example of France control of French-speaking African countries. I see France as been more of an immediate threat to Nigeria than UK or US. Sure, all are. Imagine that Nigeria is a smaller country in this Ecowas all-region, that indicates less trade and less economic power. For example, France to an extent are behind Boko Haram. And on the economic front, France controls IMF which is trying to destabilize Nigeria economically by advising Buhari to devalue Naira. Argentina listened to IMF, today they are crying as inflation is more than 50%. Problem is our leaders do not know how to "fight" or counter the West because they do not know how an average westerner reason. Buhari does not need to be brute against Nigerians to counter western propaganda. Firstly, fight that by running a transparent government that also respect law and order. If you can do that, then you have win the first battle against them, which is getting the commitment of your people. If that is done, no one will believe in any western sponsored propaganda. An example of that is the "story" that Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world. Only brainless citizens would believe that. That propaganda was pushed after Buhari refused IMF and World Bank economic advise. But Buhari is not smart enough to know how to engage these dragons. Go and see Rwanda, though a smaller country the president has been there for quite a while now with opposition but he knows how to deal with the West. He already work on the hearts and mind of the people first.
A Country where people earn $30 monthly doesn't qualify as a poverty capital?

You people should keep up your lies. You'll believe them one day after repeating them well enough.

When they try to push propaganda on a nation they forget that we already have pre-existing Data that refutes their lies. Read the below and click the link for the full ranking of poor countries and you will see Nigeria is nowhere near being the poverty capital of the world. We are actually 185 places above the poorest nation in the world. This means there are 184 much poorer countries before Nigeria and we are 26 positions behind USA.

That propaganda was IMF trying to get their pound of flesh from Nigeria after we boldly refused to take up the loan they offered to us. Do your own research you all will not but will believe anything you read and swallow it hook line and sinker

Poorest Countries In The World 2019

The poorest countries in the world might not be as obvious as you may have assumed. However, if you figured that every country that is listed as one of the poorest countries in the world is also a third world country, or a nation with a public debt problem, then you are not that far from the truth. While there are instances in which the two overlap, it is not fair to automatically assume that all of the poorest countries in the world are also underdeveloped. This is mostly due to the negative connotations associated with countries classified as third world nations.

According to the news outlet, USA Today, the top twenty-five poorest countries in the world are...

Liberia (GNI per capita: $710)
The Central African Republic (GNI per capita: $730)
Burundi (GNI per capita: $770)
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (GNI per capita: $870)
Niger (GNI per capita: $990)
Malawi (GNI per capita: $1,180)
Mozambique (GNI per capita: $1,200)
Sierra Leone (GNI per capita: $1,480)
Madagascar (GNI per capita: $1,510)
Comoros (GNI per capita: $1,570)
The only country that did not make it onto both lists is the African country of Zimbabwe. All the other twenty-four poorest countries are also third world countries, which goes to show that the two characteristics do have some common ground between them. If you think about it, money is not everything, but it does allow for a basic level of upkeep. As unfortunate as it is, everything in the world needs money to uphold a certain level of care and maintenance.

Money is not solely for elaborate funding or exuberance. The hardest part about a world that revolves around money is that it becomes a necessity, to the point where countries cannot sustain a permanent state of cleanliness, invest in industries that could help the country flourish, or develop specific attributes that would elevate a developing country to a place of prosperity. It takes an awful lot of time, energy, and money to raise a country from the ground up, and without a national budget that is reasonable, countries fall short of funding.

The physical location of a country also has a lot to do with the wealth -- as well as the lack thereof -- of a country. The reason for this pulls the aspect of underdeveloped governments, systems, and infrastructures in a country into play. See, the financial status of a country has nearly everything to do with a nation’s GDP or gross domestic product. This is a value that correlates to the monetary value of a country’s goods, services, and products over the course of a year.

So the GDP of every country is calculated annually, and it is very similar to credit scores in a sense, albeit on a much larger scale. Still, the GDP of the nation has the potential to severely mess with a country’s future, as does a poor credit score for people like you and me. The gross domestic product of a country is such a substantial influential factor, and a weak GDP can do quite a load of damage to a country’s economy. When a country has a low GDP value, other nations do not revere the low-ranking country as worth doing business with at any level.

This has been the cause of great division between countries because it starts to create a sort of divide between countries with impressively high GDP values and countries with GDP values that are everything but admirable. It is rather unfortunate, mainly because this outlook makes it that much harder for countries with low GDP values to make a comeback. If you have ever experienced the downward spiral of credit card debt and lower-than-preferred credit scores, then the GDP might register with you on a level that is easier to understand from that perspective.

Here are the twenty-five poorest countries in the world, alongside their most recent gross domestic product values. There are technically three different GDP values for each country, and the reason for this is that three separate organizations release lists that rank countries by GDP values based on their own calculations. These organizations are as follows:

The International Monetary Fund
The United Nations
The World Bank
Though the exact values differ, the discrepancies are minimal enough to ignore. The GDP values you see below are the values reported by the International Money Fund.
