Even an 18W charger will struggle to fill up a 5000mAh battery in 2hrs and you are claiming "your" Redmi 8 with 5000mAh battery gets filled up less than 2hrs with a 10W charger.
That ain't possible here on earth and any other planet sir.

grin

I no dey put mouth for redmi 8 matter again.

how many hours does it take to charge to 100%? And does it support ucb type c for redmi note 7?

Yes it support type c and also reversible type c charging. It also supports qc 3.0 fast charging.

With a fast charger, within 8 to 9 hours it will be full

ogbeni am using a Redmi 8.. Pls say what u know dude...

Don't analyse what u don't own
And here we go again with the "don't talk about what you don't own" Sir, I don't need to own a redmi 8 before I understand how it works.
I don't need to own a Mi9 before I know it is faster than a Mi9T. Why? Because a lot of technical written and video reviews from seasoned tech reviewers are out there on the net.

Kindly refrain from making fallacious statements like this all in the name of I use a device and others don't use it.
Na only you dey use Redmi 8? undecided

sometimes it's better not to argue on a device u don't use...

And yet you quoted the wrong person. This is what I've been avoiding seriously.

Dude, chillax and stop ruminating all over the thread. Direct your points to those that quoted you and not me. Or did I argue over your device?

God!!!

Your knowledge in tech will remain limited with this kind of mindset if you don't change it.

This screenshots were taken not quite long ago. So it's totally misleading.

Otherwise one will be tempted to ask why your screen was on/awake for so long at night or while it's charging

I was surprised to wake up n check n saw screen awake too

If u like own Xiaomi company Ko ka mi
Na small pikin dey reason like this. If people helping others with their issues on here have to own the device before they can be taken seriously, do you think this thread will be this popular?

Must a phone technician own your Redmi 8 before he can help you repair it? undecided

I know u will be cursed soon continue..
I expected you to show factual evidences of your claims. But No! Like your usual self you go all out defensive on a device you ain't the only one that owns. To crown it all, you go about it in a distasteful manner.

If any newbie should be weary of monikers on here, it should start with yours. Why? You state a lot of statements that lacks technical facts.

How curse take enter the discussion? undecided
With all due respect, I don't know how old you are but you need to fix up real fast.

bro we are going to end up damaging this thread on ur stupiid attitude.. How do u want factual evidence on charging.. Are u dumb or playing dumb? U are rude and I don't care abt ur age but there's respect in presentation.. U can can't defend ur point with respect them u are truly dumb..

Am using redmi.. My claims are my claims u don't need to be happy with it

No need to pretend you care about the thread after you were so fast to rubbish it and recommend Google. Do you even know how Google works? Is the same Google not going to end up bringing up some Nairaland pages?

Coming to your factual evidence on Charging, I am forced to question your knowledge on Google once again here. A person that understands how it works should know all it takes is to type in specific keywords to get related web articles, youtube videos, Images and a lot more.
Well, your limited knowledge on Tech won't let you know that.

When you are ready to learn you will drop your elevated shoulder pads and learn from people more knowledgeable than you.
