Its quite obvious that you may not be a good businessman!
Agreed,she lost her credibility with that action of hers....She may either be taken away from that position or be warned not to repeat such actions in the future without firing her!
Sacking her would imply that it was done out of vengeance and as a businessman and an employer,you don't mix business with emotions!
What has happened has happened and i am very sure she must have learnt her lessons from her actions.
As long as she is still diligent in her duties and her overall input is enhancing the productivity of the company,there is no need for a sack for now!

Look, it's painful as well as annoying and frustrating, but I'd let her keep the job and position. Repaying her, doesn't and will not change what she did to you.
