A lady whose identity could not be ascertained has allegedly battered her house help, inflicting a serious injury on her head for failing to feed her child.

According to one Tochi, a resident of Onitsha where the incident took place, he met the tortured young girl on the street roaming after her madam made the home uncomfortable for her.

"This child's name is Kaosisochukwu, met her on my way to buy akara this Sunday morning.

"These are injuries inflicted on her by the woman she is currently staying with.

"Her offense was that she didn't feed her madam child her afternoon pap" he posted on Facebook.

He, therefore, called on the human right community to come to the aid of the victim.

True, There should be rules and regulations that guides the acquisition of house helps, both husband and wife should be held responsible for any inhumane treatment of the house helps .
And anyone with anger issues should not be allowed to have a house help .
