Good for her

Well I can never be in that woman's shoe because I for one don't believe in Christianity. I can think for myself and I don't need a human being to interpret the Bible for me, even if I was a Christian.

You know this kind of act could make one lose his or her faith. She said she would cry on Sundays after the last incident when everyone goes to church

There are many others like me who married outside the church without any suspension to the parents.

Parents can only be suspended in deeper life if the child isn't up to 18,once the child is matured its his/her own decision to make

However some deeper life pastors bring in their own doctrines which Kumuyi isn't aware of

Deeper life own too much... they have a church and office/ house in my neighborhood they dont contribute to anything, they feel above all local laws on the other hand a very local CAC is close to them, this ones give free health outreach even to we muslim twice a year, they pay secuirity and developmental levy, they grade feeder roads annually till we got the road tarred and clear drainages and when ever their music gets too loud, just a call to their pastor they turn things down.. as for Deeper life everything alway result into lawyers writting letters dialogue isnt in their dictionary

They are quick to publicly act holy and condemn others, whereas they aren't.

Believe me when I say that if it was possible for the founder to stop his members from bathing with soap, he would have done that, with the reason that Jesus didn't use soap during his reign.

How did you know the woman was not lying, do you have evidence to back up her claim?

She said she started worshiping with Deeper Life in 1989. Then her first daughter got married to a pastor in another church. Her Deeper Life State Pastor suspended her for 6 months for allowing her daughter marry an "unbeliever". What?

Later, her son got married again outside Deeper Life. She was again suspended for allowing her son marry another 'unbeliever'.

Again, the 2nd daughter married a pastor from Apostolic church. This got her pastor infuriated so much that she was given 2-year suspension for allowing her daughter to marry an 'unbeliever' again. What nonsense?

She couldn't take it again. She told the pastor she couldn't have told her 27-year-old daughter who to marry because she's of age to make decisions for herself and that she should not be made to suffer for her children's decision.

The woman stopped going to church. She said she still has 4 more daughters and she can't control who they fall in love with.

Now she has started with another church 7 months after leaving Deeper Life.

How would you have handled the situation if you were in the woman's shoes?

This might just be a lie Chief. From what i know, A parent especially workers are not disciplined for actions of their ward once they are 18+. And for the marriage thing in particular, i attended a wedding just recently, the brides dad is a pastor in deeper life and she married from a different church entirely, in fact you needed to see the turn out of deeperlife members, it was massive.

So your new church member might just be exaggerating things.

I am not a member of Deeper life but your write up is full of lies . Deeper life will not suspend a woman because of daughter's marriage , perhaps there is something the woman failed to disclose or you just decided to cook stories

This is a big lie. I was hoping to see someone to refute this claim. I'm a member and have heard on many occasions where we are invited to other churches where the wife is worshipping in the case of a man marrying outside deeper life. This claim us nonsense
