What University? Teesside? Check Birmingham City University for your course, they resume in February. Also, Bedfordshire has March entry.

I don't think the person interviewing you will ask you any question pertaining your previous visa refusal.
Everything about your visa refusal has been answered when you uploaded the details of your visa refusal when filling your visa form

Within the same uni, they might consider. They could tell you to finish year one before changing or just grant the switch immediately.

However to cross to another uni, they might ask u to return to ur home country to reapply Cus u are changing sponsor. Though I think u could still apply to change sponsor while in the uk but sometimes their head dey touch

The $767 is for visa fee and priority service.
2 years IHS plus four months is $1012.50

It looks like it’s getting late already for January start considering the Xmas holidays and the time it takes to complete the refund.

Consider both unis and the cities (living expenses). If you decide to take a refund u might be looking at using a super priority service assuming your course start date in January is on the 20th or 27th.

Also if refund is coming to a Nigerian account it will take some time’s to reflect and bank charges too will apply

But if you MUST go to school this January.

I am guessing you still have all the funds and everything.
Look for money somewhere and pay deposit into your option B school account.
Convince your ‘option B’ school (which have already given you admission’ to issue you a CAS before Friday this week.
You are good to go.

The health surcharge I paid was £771 (2 years masters)

Visa with priority was £584


The £584 is 767 dollars, so that money is for Visa with priority alone. Not inclusive of health surcharge.

Please don't be offended but I need to ask, did you get this email and still went ahead to pay the deposit? Cos as far as I know, people that hadn't paid deposit by a certain time were informed. So if you went ahead to pay after getting this email, you might not be able to really fault them.

Dear friends I was filling my dependent uk tire 4 visa application online and I came across where I was asked if I have been to any other country in the past 10 years and I said yes. Because I have been to cyprus with a tourist visa and have a resident permit that allows me to live and travel outside the country and which is renewable every year. I don't know if I should include that i have resident permit in the application.

When did you enter this country? 9th Feb 2019
When did you leave this country: 18th April 2019
Reason tourism;
When did you enter this country; 30th April 2019
When did you leave this country:6th July 2019
Reason tourism
When did you enter this country: 5th august 2019
When did you leave this country: 1st October 2019
That's how it is on my passport with exit and arrives stamps .
