Concerning fintiba opening... Guys who recently opened should help me clarify this to avoid scammers and stories that touch.

My friend that got his account number told me he had an interview with a fintiba agent and even did finger print biometrics/verification before getting his blocking account information. I have not done anything like that , I just uploaded my selfie with international passport but they have already sent me my blocking account information this morning. If you opened fintiba recently please I need to know how you did it
I did video verification with an agent.

Good morning everyone am new here and am applying also to bsbi but I need clarification...an Indian woman have been directing me on how to go about the school and have submitted my documents required though some are still pending so she said I should pay the 2000€ for her to enroll me and she sent me the school account but I want to be sure if she is truly from the school also she sent me a re comfirmation letter with my student ID number

Why spend so much on tuition when you can study that same course for free?

Secondly, if you have that cash why don't you look for school in other country with a possible visa interview date than Germany that everything is going had now for interview date?

Just my own opinion... The money is yours na only talk I fit talk.

I just noticed on the website of Ghanaian German embassy that one of the criteria to qualify for cat A is having a German A1 certificate with a minimum score of 80.

But in our own Nigerian embassy you must have B2.

Omo this is strong....

It's well o

Elders in the house! Your boy needs your help.
My course is 18 months(A year and 6 months).
For the remaining 6 months after my first year, is it the 6 months blocked account funding I will do or must it be another one year funding?
Waiting for response(s).
Thanks.

Hi Kolladey,

As other have said, you would be required to make another year blocking after the expiration of the first year. This is what is obtainable everywhere.

However, with Coracle, you can block for the first year and after that, send a mail for extension of the blocked account for another 6 months. Hence, you don't have to deposit the full BA amount (just what suffices for the 6 months) and you get a confirmation that you can present to your Ausländerbehörde.

Transcript
I got the embassy around 6:18am but had to hang around till 6:25am
We already know what goes on with Paulinus and arrangement of documents.
Fast forward to my meeting with the VO. He was a young dark guy. After exchanging pleasantries,
VO: can I have your documents
VO: when are you expected to be in Germany?
Me: I’m already enrolled and I have contacted my school about my late resumption
VO: I understand but I still need a written document that shows that you can resume at a later date
Me: handed him a mail from Sfs showing I should contact my department if I arrive late
VO: there’s no specified date on this letter and I can’t go on with the interview without a written document from the school showing that you can resume at a particular later date
Me: I have another letter that shows in my mail that but it’s not here with me
VO: are you sure?
Me: yes sir
VO: okay. That letter is very important. How long do you need to get it?
Me: 10-15 minutes
VO: I’ll give you a note after the interview, print the mail and drop it at the gate
Me: thank you sir
I then did biometrics and paid my visa fee
VO: which school are you going?
Bachelor or masters?
Single or married?
Project topic?
Why Germany?
Why not Nigeria because I know your course is taught in Nigeria?
Did you research this course in other developed countries?
Do you speak German?
Facts about Germany?
Facts about the town of your school?
Do you know anyone in Germany?
Have you ever been to Germany?
Good. That will be all.
He gave me the note and told me to do as instructed earlier which I did.

The story is long, I have just tried to summarize as much as I can.
Good luck to everyone who have upcoming ADs

AM: 29th November
Submitted my documents to the embassy on 10th December
Visium: 18th December

Hey guys, let's be patient. Hope we are aware this is a new Ambassador that resumed in September. Probably she is taking her time to understand the system the predecessor left behind. Just my opinion, she has been in office for less than 3 months, let's give her a benefit of doubts

Hello guys. I asked this question earlier but nobody responded.

Please I want to know if Germany university calendar system permits people to resume FIRST semester in Summer.

I understand that Winter is usually the start of school and so is usually the first semester.

But since schools also permit application for Summer semester which starts in March, I want to confirm if that Summer will be your first semester.

This question will also help me research well on how to seek solution if eventually there's a delay in getting AD as is being reported here.... I'm thinking if there's a delay, and the school permits, I can just defer the admission FROM WINTER (OCTOBER) to Summer...

But I want to first know if Summer semester can equally be someone's first semester.

Forgive if the question is confusing

Summer or Winter, both have their respective first semesters (March/April or October/November)

It's pretty obvious that if you resume during summer semester then summer semester is your first semester. The semester you resume is your first semester

You have to send a mail to the school international office, they will tell you if its possible or not, schools differ with polices.

The semester you resume is your first semester.
You start lectures then. All you can do now if you have admission already is to wait until you get your AD. If you don't get it before the deadline for resumption for the summer semester elapses then write the school and ask to differ to the next semester..
