What baffles me about these Niger Delta state is that upon all the allocations compared to non Niger Delta states there is hardly any difference between the two or some Niger Delta states are worse off. But they will all be looking for who to blame for the poverty in their region. The former Governors are all multi billionaires, even commissioners, the Niger Delta militant war Lords then, who claimed to be fighting for the welfare of their people then are also multi billionaires with private jets yet the people have become poorer. Nothing will ever save that region
