Good morning everyone. What can i do to this? What happened? I still went to PO yesterday and i was told they haven't received it. They said they would call me if they recieve it now I'm seeing this. Jboixxx

Done that it's not entering recovery mode, though power button + vol down (fastboot) works

its yet to get to the counter, u should assert some patience its currently being sorted and documented. At this moment its best to wait for their call.

Just wait for the notification as advised by grand.mufti or go there this afternoon. Usually, they log trackable items in as delivery failed before entering into their dispatch/delivery log books after which recipients are notified.
