Just as i thought, you have no idea what your talking about and you just confirmed it.
Things fall due to their Mass (m), we also have to consider the force acting on the object (g) to determine the weight. The weight is the force generated by the acceleration of the mass. W=mg.
Analyzing gravity using a stone and a waterproof nylon shows your lack of understanding since you haven't considered the mass, mass per surface area, air resistance applied on both and any other external acting forces.
Heavier objects do not fall faster than lighter objects when they are dropped from a uniform height IF there is no resistance from the air. Therefore if you did the experiment in a vacuum, the two things would fall at the same rate (Only difference is their mass m).

The only thing that makes a heavier item fall faster than a lighter thing in real life is the fact that heavier objects usually have more mass per surface area than do lighter things. Because of this, the resistance from the air slows the fall of the lighter thing (Hence the stone falls faster than the nylon).

But if both objects had the same ratio of mass to surface area, they would fall at the same rate.

So, the only thing that makes a lighter thing fall more slowly is the resistance from the air.

A theory is an explanation of a fact, its the highest graduation of certainty in science. Things fall at a constant rate towards the earth's surface, this is a FACT. If you want to catch the most historic moment of mankind, what do you do? place a camera in the place of the ship which is facing the lander, therefore, showing the first step on the moon.

Also, If truely gravity doesn't exist, I expect a ballon, since it's lighter than air, to rise at an acceleration of 9.8m/s squared since a stone, an object heavier than air, fall as 9.8 m/s squared.

Aero planes get in the sky due to the design of their wings and how it reacts with the surrounding air. If the force of gravity is real airplanes would never fly in the sky because gravity is a force that sticks objects to the earth and the surrounding air would not be a barrier to the force of gravity if gravity were true.

That's because the theory had been updated by Einstein. Gravity is not attraction due to mass, it is the disturbance in the space time continuum due to energy or mass. Thus the more massive a body is the more disturbance it causes. Tiny bodies like yours and mine have very little effect while that of a blackhole can bend light.
