I really really wished most of these girls said hi, I always hope they do but no they just stare and think you havent seen at least 100 more of them do same that day alone....when someone sees something too often it loses its relevance. So no I wont approach you but if u say hi then that changes everything. Simple logic.

enough and take up from there to start chasing her. Most of the guys I know told me they instantly fell in love with their baes when they dropped hints.
I attended one of them wedding June this year. They were close friends. He noticed some hints and he immediately asked her out because he suspected she may ask him out and wanted to save her the embarrassment of doing so.

Lol you are right, I only made my comment in reference to the bolded part of his post.Like the ladies lives depend on his 'talking'.
That's the problem with these guys, they believe they must engage with whoever stares.Whatever happens to looking away or ignoring these stares? And he's here feeling like every stares mean "hey talk to me"

Dude with this your logic about ladies staring you will be very easy to leech on! Some stares mean "I'm hungry come and feed me" . That's a move some ladies use on gullible guys like you who believe in when a lady stare, she's interested. Stop attaching too much to these things. A woman who is into you will do more than just stare.

there is a girl like that in my area always stare at me but me don't give a fvck infact she still at me today from a long distance while a getting close i notice she is the one i throway face.

moreover all stare doesn't mean girl like you she might be thinking something else and as for me when a girl stare at me it make uncomfortable i don't know why.
