Wow. Game centres are still a thing? Lol. OP, I advise you buy either an LG or Hisense. I doubt any other brand will give you the value for money those will.

D question get as e be bro, I started one with like 5m,another with 1m. Its not about the capital, its d location first, get a location with average crowd, average living cost and secured evening social life.

Bought Hisense . Not bad for that amount . Did a lot of research on it and it's ok for me.
