I have never admired the wealth of any Anambra person, because the source of their wealth is never known but with few records there is 80 percent chance that a crime may have been committed at some point. Name the Invictus Obinna, Evans the billionaire kidnapper, late Ezeego, 23 death roll drug traffickers in Indonesia, fake drug import from India, South Africa drug gangs Ozubulu attacks to mention but a few.

That's the role of government, isn't it?
They have increased their efforts to collect taxes, and they have the means to. And as you say there is an increase in going after tax defaulters in recent years. However, if government (federal, state, or local) fails in its job to collect taxes, and subsequently fails in its duty to provide services, why blame the rich who don't (and are not supposed to) do government's job?

But really, let's not start arguing this early. I admire the guy, and if he wanted, yes, he could provide electricity to neighbors. We don't know what he does for charity, but some people do charitable works in their communities.
