Today is your first day then... I think your day 1 for processing is not the date you submitted but when you did your biometric

Login to your visa application and click on "provide documents and biometrics", then "continue" it'd redirect you to TLScontact site and you'd see track there

Congratulations to all the January starters that got their visa approved. While in the UK don’t just focus on book alone, make sure u explore, network, make contacts and gather as much information as possible about work experience and possibility of changing your immigration status in a legit way. All the best and wish you the very best in the Queen’s land.

Good advice. I intend starting September and by the time I finish in 2021, I should have gotten the professional license to practice in the UK as a therapist and get to change my immigration status.

Hello akinbo3, so my status has changed online to “application received at DMC” but I haven’t gotten any confirmation email yet . I’m hoping it’ll still come later if it’s not too big a deal .

That's no issue. It could be a network glitch.

Go into your UKVI application page.
Click on "Biometric Enrolment" which will take you to TLS page.

School will only issue when its 28days.
Let it sit 28days as it runs concurrently with UKVI need just apply after getting CAS using Value Added Service.
Count from the next day after the required was deposited into the account.
Lateef9699:
Goodday Everyone,
I want to present my bank statement to Robert Gordon University in order to get my CAS statement but the required fund is not yet up to 28 days in the account. I currently hold an offer to study a masters course which is to start by 28 of January, 2020. is it possible that the school issue the cas to me with this statement. I will be using a statement from the same account to apply for my visa after the fund has been held for the required 28 days. please i need a response on this.
Also, i want to make a clarification on the 28 days rule. Does the 28 days start counting on the day the fund enters my account or the day after.
Thanks in advance

Please I would like to know if there is anyone who did his/her biometrics from the 1st to 6th of December using the standard visa application.

Please what is the status of your document if yes? Because I did mine on the 6th and on the 14th got a msg that my documents were at the DMC, but since then I haven't received any mail and no progress has been made so far.

If I mark 25,26dec and 1jan as holidays then I'd be left with 17 working days unless the count began from the moment my documents were received by the DMC.

Answers to my questions would be gladly appreciated.

i think because of the influx due to the re-introduction of post study , and also Christmas typical skeletal service, applications will be longer than the usual time frame for some applications (not all but a good number) ........... My person is on day 12 for priority which is said to be 5 to 7 days so i guess it just to be patient

Submitted biometrics Dec 2nd,via standard application, and till now no decision has been made. Called UKVI this morning and they just wasted my money giving me the usual run around, even after escalation over a week ago.
