I did this for my glo, the thing go show H+ and dissappear within a second. I left it for 20mins to see if there would be any change butvnot. I even reboot my phone 2 times

When it disappears, is it the H sign that disappeared (most likely you don't have an active data plan) , or the whole network bah (could be the 3g signal in your location... You might need to call 444)?

That's actually the reason. If you don't have any active data on your line, glo data network ain't come up.
