Use Nipost to track and what post office where you expecting your package?

Also what did you order and when did you make the order.

Here is the issue. Someone ordered some goods to me and on nipost, it wrote delivery attempted and I didn't get. Will the package be returned to the sender??

It just means that the item is at the post office waiting for collection.

It will be held for some days just try and go to the nearest post office to you and findout where the package is been held,

There is no special procedure.

It's like buying on Konga or Jumia, buy your item, when they ship your order, you get tracking code, use the tracking number to monitor your order movement, when it get to Nigeria, go to the nearest post office to you to ask for your delivery or wait for Nipost dispatch to bring it to your address (depending on the area).

Whenever you see delivery failed.

Use http://nipost.gov.ng/Track_Trace.aspx to check the post office or go to the nearest post office with your ID card to identify yourself as the owner of the package.

Hold NGN 200 or NGN 500, for Nipost charge.

That's all.

NB: Usually they are suppose to call you to notify you about your package but some post office are just too lazy make phone calls.
