And what happens when there's turmoil in the middle east? Oil prices go up, and the dollar becomes stronger, making Chinese goods cheaper.

Therefore the US is fighting a war of economic survival, using global terrorism as a basis, but our resident ill-informed christians believe the US is fighting for the sake of Christianity.
