* A Florida man was fixing his wife's car outside their Lake Worth Beach home when his 40-year-old parrot began to scream 'Help', 'Let me out!'

Cops in Florida arrived at a home to investigate after receiving reports of a woman screaming for Help, only to find the neighbor had mistaken the noise for a parrot talking.

The silly moment happened outside a couple's home in Lake Worth Beach while the husband was fixing his wife's car just before New Year's Eve.

Home security footage shows the husband calmly shifting through his tool box as Rambo moans 'Help' and 'Let me out!'

'I was changing the brakes on my wife's car and had my 40-year-old parrot, Rambo, on his outside perch where he sings and talks,' the man said.

As for response time, it can vary. Sometimes, it can take as long as 48 minutes.

There was a story I read of a woman whose husband called 911 because a strange man was getting violent in front of their house. The police response time was 48 long minutes. The first officer contacted to travel down to the location said he had no car available.

But all in all, they are miles ahead of the Nigeria police force.

honestly white people are very strange, they train their animals to the extent it starts behaving like a human being, I used to think all dogs bite, its only in Nigeria you will see a dog biting someone, Dogs abroad dont bite or bark, even birds are not scared of humans, they walk on the same roads with humans, na just because of our nature we don change the default settings of all these animals. That's a well fabricated lie. if I were the police men I'd do a thorough search of the house. Parrots are taught to mimic speech (human speech). I don't see a reason why a boy will teach a parrot to scream help help let me out! It's probable that the parrot must have heard one of the victim, a woman screaming to be let out and just copied the sound. perhaps the neighbour was right in what she heard, and it had in fact been a woman screaming.
This guy may very well be a SERIAL KILLER.

Should it be Nigeria, The neighbour would have ran out to Video the scene even if it happened that real human is in need of Help...
Even if Nigeria Police is to come, The man must have fixed his tire, gone out and even return before the police arrives with their scrap Hilux.
And when the police arrives, the Man must give them their fuel money back and they might force the parrot to drink anoited oil for they may tag it as a witch..
As for the neighbour that call, they will call her amebo and even collect money for her for false alarm...

Nigerians are not that bad. We've seen many instances where neighbours reported madams for abusing, maltreating househelps but the police ended up doing nothing about it.
