Please, keep feeding him and let's see how big he gets. Got so much potential. Although some dogs are fast growers while others take longer, most dogs don't grow after reaching maximum growth capacity. Some however break boundaries.
Please let's know how he does with time. Cheers.

u are right.Just like in germany you can see a rott weiler wondering about like some of most mongrels do in nigeria.

But u do also realize dt as dose dogs are dier locale dogs in dier specific country, dese are our locale dogs too.
Mongrels are d combination of several breeds. These our locale dogs are no doubt mongrels BT dey are locale to us

He can grow big I have seen local dogs big than many GSD it depends on the feeding and the parents stature what makes most of them small is inbreeding and bad feeding..

Nice dog, should do well as a hunting dog.
