This was what Trump saw that made him to breath heavily and looked disorganized during his speech and decided to surrendered and opted for peace instead of the initial gra gra of targeting 52 sites in Iran knowing fully well that the Iranian missiles can reach American bases in middle east.

I heard the Iranians informed the Iraqi military before the airstrikes, the Iraqis also passed the info to the US army..

They were prepared for the strikes hence the no casualty.
