Important question to ask yourself: do you have a relationship with God or do you have a religion?
When you have a relationship with God, it means you are close to God - Religion : you are close to the teachings you hear about God and traditions practiced.

Relationship : you hear His voice - Religion : you only hear His voice through the leaders of religious group and sect in which they are men and can easily deceive you.

Relationship : your heart beats for God - Religion : your heart beat for your leaders,religious group or denomination.

Relationship : You desire God above everything - Religion : You desire obeying instructions passed to you.

Relationship: You are living the words of the Bible - Religion : You know verses and can recite them and some might not.

Relationship : People know you are all about God, your words and lifestyle - Religion : People know you have the tag "christian" and go to church.

Relationship : You dont care about the opinions of people against you. - Religion : People opinions bother you also you merely seek the approval of men, pastors and so on.

Relationship : people see that light in you - Religion : no difference in you and others.

Relationship : You will be bold for God anytime anywhere - Religion : You keep quiet, you avoid or you just mind your business(fear), you dont want to look uncool.

Relationship : You want to know more about God by searching for Him by youself (Bible) - Religion : You depend only on church and church teachings

Relationship : People will see that Godly love in you, it cant be faked - Religion: People will know that you lack the love.

Relationship: When you sin, it grieves you, and you continually try and try to overcome sin - Religion : well, everybody sin, nobody is holy.

Relationship: You cant wait to witness the Kingdom of God - Religion : You are not in a hurry, still enjoying the vanities and distractions.

Relationship: You will gradually manifest the gift of discernment (to know what is of God and what is not of God - Religion : Our leaders cant be wrong.

Relationship: You will gradually manifest the gift of the spirit and help others - Religion : You will be appointed into a group or field not minding your gift.

Relationship : You want others to know God, to live in the messiah - Religion : You want others to join your denomination and religious group.

Relationship: You will know the only way you can talk to God is Prayer, so You will constantly talk with Him. - Religion : praying aint that easy.

Relationship: People will see evidence of your fruits that you yield(fruits of the spirit) - Religion: nothing much.

Relationship: You will constantly seek the truth till the end. - Religion : the truth of religious group and denominations is okay since thats what everyone has been following.

Relationship: You know sheol is Real, and its for those who dont know God nor serve Him - Religion : You will try and avoid the thoughts of sheol

Relationship: You will always constantly look for ways to talk about God to people because you know Him - Religion: obey the rules of religious group and denominations

Relationship: The world wont really love you, and you know, but you are satisfied with the love of God - Religion : You dont want to lose the love of the world in which they dont even love you.

Relationship: You constantly long to please God, You do all you can, fast, Holiness - Religion : You wait for orders and instruction from Religious Leaders , denominations and groups.

If you want to seek a relationship with God, It begins from the heart, Thinking about God and searching for the way to Him which is Christ and nothing else.

Man created Religions, God sent a Saviour.

"The moment God sees a heart searching and hungry for him(God sees all the heart of men), God pours more of His grace on that creation".
The Kingdom of God is Based on Relationship and not religion, there are millions of religion in the world.

Christ is The True Light................Yahshua Hamashiach. The world is darkness, and those that seek God can only find him by the True Light.

Satan quotes the Bible very well but Jesus (the word) quotes perfectly with practical applications. Matthew 4:3-11

So if you can't quote neither show the practical application of what you're saying from God's word. That means you're just zealous for NOTHING Sir, it's called misdirected zeal of no particular benefit!
