I'm not sure your keyboard is working well,you laptop HP and f9 suppose to give you boot menu options and F10 will take you to BIOS setup.


Well when you get to boot menu you need to confirm if your HDD is showing,you will see notebook hard drive.

If you see it then the hard drive is still connected and didn't shift from it place.

You just have to restore default settings in bios setup or reinstall your operating system.
If it's not showing your HDD in boot menu,open the back of your laptop and connect it properly.

Hello everyone, please take time to go through my issue.

1. I use a hp notebook 15. The laptop charging indicator suddenly stopped coming up at times, or shows faintly. Then other times, the laptop won't charge at all, or only charge when I'm not using it. I took it to HP center in pH but they couldn't do much of diagnosis. I've tried other people's chargers with it, same problem. Please what do you guys suggest?

2. A friend got my charger wet without me knowing. i came back from work and plugged it like that, it didn't work. Now that I'm aware, I've opened it and cleared it of water. It started charging, but the battery charge is not increasing. The charge input is just 8 watt. Could this be from the existing laptop problem or the charger is badly damaged?

That's not possible.

You will need to install all your applications using their raw files as you did before.

That will require troubleshooting of the Motherboard. So many things could be responsible for that issue

Pls I have display issue with my system the screen light will just suddenly go off but the system will still be working after shaking the lid it might start blinking and on again I have been managing the issue but is worse now

From your explanation, it's most likely your signal cable has been damaged or there is partial contact somewhere along it's length

Take it to a technician and have them change it for you.

This probably could be from a bad power pack.

Try this DIY.

Disconnect the desktop from power source. Open the desktop casing and
Disconnect power pack from the motherboard (every single wire that is connected to the Motherboard from power pack must be disconnected).
There's a bunch of wire that connects the Motherboard from the power pack usually 24 in number that is arranged in two rows. Locate a green and any black wire and connect the two using a piece of wire. Then plug the power source back to the power pack, if the fan in the power pack doesn't spin up then the fault is from the power pack. Changing it will solve the issue

Misunderstanding of this procedure or making a mistake while doing it can lead to electric shock or complete damage to the Motherboard.

Using a bootable USB flashdrive will save you money if you have one
