Seconded. @dilodavid

It really makes no sense.
Was it recently he joined the firm?
Are there unexplained gaps or periods in the bank statement suggesting lack of monthly payment at a particular time?
Did he declare how much he intends to spend on the trip?

Chief, how many months of payslip did you provide?
What did you say you were going to do on the 7 days of visit?
4 months payslips. I stated the tourist attractions I planned to visit.

I have been working since February 2017. Salary payment has been constant and regular. I declared the cost of the trip as seen on the refusal letter.

I've collected my passport already with Visa granted. I collected it last Friday. You can call UKVI on +442034811736. The TLScontact number seems suspicious, I wont advice calling, unless you can confirm. You can walk in to check if a decision has been made already.

Thanks a lot.

Hello everyone ... compliments of the season ... I need ur advise pls.. My friend wants to invite his parent during Easter period and He is married to a white lady and are both British Citizen.

His parent applied last year but were both refused becos an Agent of destruction did not fill the application forms correctly.

His father is Old, above 76yrs and Mother 69yrs, both went to Hajj last year and mother visited the United states like 2 years ago to visit her first Son.

Father aint working anymore, He has just 300k in his savings account (allowee from his children) but Mother is a major distributor to dangote Cement COY. so she has over 2m in her savings account with which i advised her to pay herself a sum of 200k every month. They both have assets in their names.

First Question is

1. Can my friend's mother SPONSOR the trip with her statement of account? OR

2 . Should my friend and his wife claim to fully Sponsor them? My friend has about 5k pounds and the wife has about 12k pounds in the accounts respectively.

Justwise, giselle and other gurus ...kindly advise pls .

What seems to be your strongest tie to a Nigeria is ur wife and son. Applying with them, the ECO could see is an opportunity for u to japa

Chijiuba:

Yes I intend to (does it reduce my chances?) Please advice me on the best option you think
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by omopapa: 11:25am On Jan 14, 2020
The mother can indicate that she will be footing some of the expenses like flight for herself and her husband

Their son in UK with his wife can sponsor the trip by providing accommodation, feeding and transportation.

The wife shld write a cover letter in support of their application and the husband too shld write his own.

Please help!
Is flight booking needed for UK Visa? First timer?
If yes, how can it be done?
Searched on this forum for answers to this question but couldn't find it.

1. Are you suggesting that your employees does not pay tax? We only pay the FIRS Annual tax return, nothing is payed on behalf of the employees.
2. Employment letter, salary account and letter from the company detailing the trip

3. No

4. They need to draw budget for the trip then you transfer the money into their accounts but that needs to be explained in the letter.

Have your company ever sent any of your worker outside Nigeria before? Yes the senior manager always attend conference and training in the UK.
Thanks a lot, chief. Really appreciate your input.

With regards to 1. The salary reduction was because I no longer pay for my accommodation, the company does now.
2. With regards to spending 2 months instead of one. What actually happened was that I planned to spend 1 month for my mom's graduation which was in October. However, my visa was refused due to erratic judgement from the ECO claiming I did not have enough funds. I contested this refusal and by the time they overturned the decision, it was already past the graduation time and the period specified in the visa. So technically, I never lied about spending 1 month then spend 2. That was not the case. But I do understand what you are saying.

3. Thanks. No, I can't lie and don't intend to. Moreover, the form asks for date of entry and period spent in the UK which I correctly input the 2 months (I am yet to pay or submit until I am back in Nigeria).

4. Point fully noted. Can I just say I'm coming for another 2 months then? Please note that I am not planning to come here until April when my current visa would have almost been over.

5. Point fully noted. Thanks, boss

Hello.. please how did you contest your visa refusal? What steps did you take and where did you send it to? Was it a letter you wrote? Please help me out. I was recently refused a visa to attend my sister's graduation ceremony and I would like to contest it. Thank you.

Hmm. I now understand what might have happened
No problem.
you can still seek redress with your complaint letter if that’s what you have in mind. Good luck

you have never been on a family trip before... this seems fishy and would be even more to the ECO and you are more likely to be denied.. either you apply alone or your wife applies alone .. or either of you with your child
if you had undertaken a trip as a family before and had this for travel history then maybe..
You kukuma said you don’t have any property. What’s your tie to Nigeria besides your job if 3 of you suddenly want to go on a family vacation?
These days things have tightened up at the UK embassy... as for USA and Canada no way.. the very worst

You should print out the email stating your decision has been overturned and make 2 photocopies of your passport bio data page and take it there. You don't need to book any appointment
