Thank you so much for this helpful information. I didn't know that there is such a way to filled the form. My friends told me that I can only claim a reduced withholding rate under an income tax treaty if my country or region of residence has an income tax treaty with the United States. But until Nigeria has no such treaty with the US, and I really paid those 30%. At first, it was tough for me to understand how things were going. The https://www.thepaystubs.com/ application helped me a lot to keep track of all documentation. However, now thanks to you, I will not have to worry so much about this.
